Superior Endeavors provides ongoing technology maintenance, management, and support via our Protected Harbor® Managed Services offerings. Managed IT services uses ‘Remote Monitoring and Management’ (RMM) technology to proactively maintain and support your network and systems.
A software agent – installed on each endpoint – continuously checks for problems, attempts to repair issues automatically, and notifies the SEI crew for any necessary follow up. This agent also automatically manages software updates, antivirus, and provides support utilities that help diagnose and repair problems without disturbing the user.
